Cancellation of the 2008 IAAConference

Refunds for delegates who have booked places: Anyone who has booked a place at the conference will receive a full refund. Delegates will also receive a refund of any monies spent on flights or connections that have been booked, and cannot be cancelled (so long as the person concerned does not intend to use those bookings anyway). If however, flights or connections can be moved so the delegate concerned still wishes to use them for something else, then you will receieve a refund for any charges or fees to change those bookings.

Delegates will now be contacted by Chris Dobson to check if they have booked travel, and organize all refunds to be repaid by the end of January 2008.
